About Us
The current Association developed out of regular tenants forums, meetings between representatives of New Charter's Tenant Participation and Regeneration sections and the tenants and residents of Cavendish Mill and Cavendish House.
These meetings gave the tenants and residents of the schemes opportunities to take part in consultation and provide feedback to New Charter and to take an active part in the redevelopment of both of the schemes.
Once the forum became established the tenants and residents decided to formally constitute as a group (an Association) and to nominate their own representatives as committee members, to develop an action plan and to begin to promote themselves as a group.
