You can join in the work of the Residents Group easily by joining in with the work that we are doing on behalf of the tenants and residents in the local area.

Action Plan: Ongoing Items
  1. Consultation on Cavendish Mill Tenancy Agreement [Show]

    1.

    The residents committee will work with New Charter to develop a new tenancy agreement that is specific to the Cavendish Mill scheme.

  2. Reception/Concierge Area Facilities and Services [Show]

    2.

    The residents committee will work with New Charter to design and develop the new layout for the Cavendish Mill's reception/foyer area. This will include consultation on the planning application to TMBC.

  3. Cavendish House Renovations and Improvements [Show]

    The residents committee will work with New Charter to seek improvements to the Cavendish House scheme, specifically with the windows and external wall features.

  4. Cavendish Mill scheme newsletter [Show]

    4.

    The residents committee will contribute to the New Charter 'Regeneration' newsletter that will be produced quarterly for the Cavendish Mill scheme.
